Office Management – To maintain good working atmosphere in the office, ensuring that all staff follow office etiquette / discipline and work flow smoothly

Assets & Inventory Management – To ensure that all the assets are in good working conditions, regular maintenance / Executing AMCs

Stock & Stationery Management – To ensure adequate stock of laptop/ device/ machine and linked stationery items for quick deliverables.

Housekeeping, Support & Security Management – To review housekeeping & security employee attendance/ day to day ask and on site availability.

Communication Facilities (mobile & fixed Line) – ensuring uninterrupted communication facilities (cug mobile connections, Fixed lines, PRI/Centrix/EPBEX) etc ·
