1) Sound Knowledge in Accounts (incl. finalisation of accounts), Taxation (Income Tax, TDS, Service Tax etc.)
2) Well versed with Tally software.
3) Basic Knowledge in Computer (incl. Microsoft Office)
4) Basic Communication skills
5) Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Accounts dept. (any industry)
6) Qualification Preferably Inter CA, M.Com or CA with 1-1.5 years of experience
